Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations received up to two (2) months prior to the event date will be accepted free of charge, subject to an administrative fee of EUR 50.
• Cancellations received up to one (1) month prior to the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received less than one (1) month prior to the event date are not eligible for a refund; however, a substitute participant may be nominated at no additional cost.

Amendments
• Registration details may be amended up to one (1) month prior to the event date.
